Hello! We are The Onate Family. We have been Appliance Servicers in the Greater Los Angeles area since the 1980’s, and residents of Norwalk since 1989. Our journey began with Jose servicing home appliance needs in Norwalk using pay-phones and a beeper. As the referrals spread, his wife Tila and his daughter Cristina assisted on the phones, as well as with the “behind-the-scenes” support. Jose’s son Rafael, throughout his early years, was an apprentice that would later become a skilled technician as well. Since then, the family has grown and participates actively.

Over the past 4 decades, our positive impact in the community has been felt and thanks to recommendations by satisfied customers and people like you, we have been able to help more and more families right here in our own neighborhood.

We keep advertising to a minimum and let our work speak for itself. We believe everybody deserves respect- especially in their own home, and we believe in having Pride in our Work.
